patch 1.2 problems

My steam acct has autmoatically downloaded the 11.2 patch but now my save game crashes each time i complete a match. It says a serious error has occured and says it has been saved in my crash dumps folder. I really have no idea what to do and i DO NOT wanna lose my game with my beloved bournemouth! please help

Do you have the Polish leagues loaded?

ye mine has done that as well, started a new game wit spurs an b4 1st friendly kicked off it crashed with the same msg as above.

i have no polish leagues loaded. I tried following the forum u attached but i cant find how to access the 'organize' folder. Im running vista and i dont wanna lose my game. can you help anymore?

Organise is a tab button at the top left in computer/mycomputer

How Stupid am I!! i found it and did what it said. I have reloaded the game now and its still saying the same thing i dont no what to do next?
