Patch 11.1.1

Hi Guys,

Im trying to download and install the latest patch from here http://www.footballmanager.com/index.php?p=patches . When i download it my comp doesnt recognise the file and Im unable to do anything with it, its meant to download as an .exe file but it doesn't.

Any ideas?

rename the file as a '.exe' and then double click it
