Patch 11.3 language problem!

i got the russian fm 2011 off a friend at work, simply installed and used my old english.ltc file from fm2010 and played the game fine.

now i have installed the new patch and the only language pack that works is russian, which i checked is an .ltc file, so why do other .ltc files not work now?

big player of the game so gutted now! someone help?
