Patch help - Fails during update

When I try to update my game with patch 1.1 it all appears to be going fine, then this appears and it stops.

Does anyone know what it means and how to fix it?

Are you "extracting" it to the correct folder ?
 
This may seem like a stupid question, but, Is the game/editor running? If either of them are close them and try patching again.

@Tharros - No it wasnt lol im not that dumb

Anyway, ive figured it out now, I went to where the file was located, removed it from the folder, tried the patch again and its worked now :)
