patch help

Hi guys trying to install 11.3 patch although gets to 3% and then just does nothing,very frustrated with this now please help me out some1.

Hmpf. So it's downloaded fully?

FM is closed when you are trying to patch?

Try having the patch on the desktop and installing/updating from there?

yeah fullydownloaded and fm is closed.
how do i get it on the desktop though i'l try that.
