Patches and skin problems.

Hi I havnt got a clue how to load a patch on my game, e.g Competition Logos, backgrounds etc.

Can anyone give me a link for fm11 for these patches and a basic step by step guide how to do it. Somebody gave me a link on last years game but I dont know what to do with it, where to save it, how to load it on my game etc.

Any help is appreciated, just my game always looks boring compared to when all you lot load screen shots with the backgrounds and things
