Sorry all but how do you install or use the official patches...? I've downloaded them but don't know how to install into the game.....
I'm not using the stream option......
If its the "unknown" file type you've got, what I did was right click and go into properties and amend the file name by simply adding ".exe" on the end. And the file was executable afterwards.
