Paul Scholes For England

During my time as Manchester United, i have relieved many calls from a certain Mr.Capello asking Paul Scholes to come out of international retirement. I think it would be good for both him and England if he does but he always says no. Is there any way to persuade him to say yes. Roberto Carlos says yes to Brazil so can you give any ideas.
