Penalties

For some reason, my team has the bizarre habit of missing penalties.
I mean, come on. EVERY penalty I've watched, the GK saves my penalties. Every time. >.<
Of course, in all fairness, Szczesny saves all penalties, but that's beyond the point.

So is it possible to change anything? RvP and Arteta quite clearly are retarded when it comes to penalties. -__-
