I've been given my first managerial job, taking over the reigns at semi-professional Dundela in the Northern Irish third tier. I've loaded the game in January of 2016, and have been given a contract until the end of June. The Northern Irish season doesn't start until August, so hopefully I'm not let go at the end of my contract before I've had the opportunity to manage a game or two.

None of my players are under contract, so I'll be making wholesale changes before the start of the season to try and achieve the board expectations of promotion to the Northern Irish second tier.
