People knowing Regens number CA/PA

As I've gone through this site i notice people who show regens state that their PA is 194 etc. but all i see with their CA/PA is the stars out of 5. Does anyone know how you check Regen Number PA. I've tried looking on editor or do they just make it up?

On FMRTE if you click the player it'll tell you CA/PA.

Yeah you need to use a tool such as FMRTE or Genie Scout

Id reccomend Genie scout over FMRTE because FMRTE tempts you to teach:/ does me anyway
