Hi mezza, then I usually leave the training sessions to the second manager, but more than anything else because while I try the tactics so as not to have too many things to think about, but if you can manage them, obviously in this case giving priority to ball possession and the technique definitely go even better. The thing I always do, regardless of whether I manage training or not, is to manage the day after the game, your second manager never gives the players a day off, I usually always put the review of the game and two rest sessions, in order to make the players recover as much as possible and avoid too many injuries due to fatigue
