I am slowly starting to get some responses from my pre. half time and post game pep talks...my third year as coach and we won title previous year. I think they are starting to respect me :O I get different reactions form players and not sure which is the most effective for determine how a player plays. AS I can only get one reaction is it preferable to have my players happy, relaxed or motivated before a game?

I think the best is motivated. Relaxed is good when playing tough matches as it will help your team keep good morale and not get nervous going down a goal. Happy is always a good reaction too since it means that their morale went up 1 tick. so generally they are all good!
