performance & speed stars dodgy

guys when i start a new game my stars on both performance and speed sometimes are 2/3 stars which i dont mind but then sometimes they go to half a star why does anybody no thanks

The more leagues and countries you load, the less amount of stars you'll have.

Ignore them, I always get around half a star on both and manage to holiday a month in around 2-3 minutes.
