Your processor is pretty old and AIDSy, meaning your game speed will be slow. Being a laptop, there's not a lot you can do to change this.

An SSD is always a nice upgrade for a slow laptop, especalling given your drive is only a 5400RPM.

That said I think FM is more CPU intensive then disk I/O intensive, in which case not much you can do with a laptop.
