Personalized or downloaded traning?

I hate making training schedules myself and am pretty bad at it. That leaves me two choices, downloaded training (Dunc and Raikan007 are my personal favorites) or a calculator like Pomey_Dan's. (NEW VERSION 4: Pompey_Dan's Training Schedule Calculator - FM Fanboys - Football Manager Forum) So the question is which is more beneficial to my players? I'm currently using an FM2011 training calc and hoping that it mostly works the same for FM2012. Should I wait til the new calc is released or use downloaded training? If you recommend downloaded schedules, which ones do you like best and why? Thanks for any help you might give me and happy managing! =D
