Hey guys I'm Peruvian and I always play the Peruvian league 
If you are looking for a some good players here is a list:
Forwards:
Not many to choose from, but here are some:
Juan Barros starts off in Universitario 650- 1M the one with the best future.
Roberto Jimenes 800-1.5M has potential give him one year.
Attacking Midfielders:
Donny Neyra is a great player to have he starts off at Alianza lima for 525k -1M (in real life he is very controversial, but not in the game (H))
Alexander Sanchez 1.4M - 2M plays at Alianza is always there when you need him
Johnnier Montano 275- 700k this one is a wonderful bargain (how did he end up there? they didn't give him enough opportunities)
Luis Ramirez playing for Universitario 2.3M - 3M
Mario Soto 600k - 1M he is a leader
Ronald quinteros 525k -1M give him two yeras and he'll be good
Midfield:
Luis Hernandez playing for Universitario 500k -600k If Neyra doesn't like you get this one.
Defensive Mid:
Josepmir Ballon 675k Universidad de San Martin, has potential (in real life he plays for River Plate)
Defense:
Edgar villamarin 60k -200k from Alianza Lima Good solid player.
Kerwin Pexioto Alianzia lima for 625k -800k
Nestor Duarte 400k -700k The only thing that bothers me about him is his consistency
Miguel Villata 1.5M -1.9M Stats are ok, but for some reason always plays great.
FullBack:
Giancarlo Carmona 240k -350k
Jean Pierre Cancar for Cristal 110k - 300k Has potential
Marcio Valerde 625k 850k This one is one of my favorites get him!
Aldo Corzo 825k - 1.4M another great fullback I always c him playing at Juventus after 3 years.(he is 19)
Guillermo Guizasola 100l-150k he always pushes forward it reminds me of a lower version of Juan M. Vargas
Christian Ramos 675k GET HIM
Goalkeeper:
Erick Delgado for Cristal 1.6M-2.2M (he is my favorite, he is got injured for a while that's why he is still in Peruvian League)
George Forsyth 3M doesn't really get good until he is 29 then he is worth it.
Leao Butron 1.1M if you get him at the begining you will enjoy his best years he is old, but a great goolkeeper
Johnny Vegas 675k he can score penalties!!!!
Diego Penny 500k - 1.2M not bad has a future
Cheap Bonus if you are playing for lower team get this cheap bargains:
Kukin Flores Free (poor guy had a lot of potential, but wasted his time however he still has talent)
Waldir Saenz Free (an old Alianza Lima Lengend with a Finishing of 18)
Others:
Johan Fano 1.5M 3M Plays in Mexico, one of those players who ALWAYS SCORE somehow.
Robi Merino 1.3M plays at Salermitana Search for some of his videos in youtube he rocks
