Physio Recommendations!!!!

Sorry for asking what is probably a ridiculously easy thing to discover.
Anyway ive been looking for ages to find the part of FM13 where the page displays recommendations on giving players time away from the club, i think its normally suggesting a break of 1 or 2 weeks.
Where on earth can i find this in the game? Its starting to infuriate me as ive searched almost everywhere and cant seem to locate it.

Sometimes this option is available in player chat. Certain injuries the Physio recommends to have it treated by a specialist, or will send him away to not get the rest of the club sick with a virus or the flu, etc... that all I can think of though. Maybe I'm missing it too...
