After the first year of implementing this tactic, I won a treble, solid stats attacking wise, my defense got a bit leaky, because I did not have many rotation options and I suffered injuries, but with good depth you'll do just fine. Make sure you take care of training schedules if you use this tactic as it's key to get the best out of this scheme.
