Pitch dimensions

How do you change the pitch size? I remember in previous games, the groundsman would ask you at the start of season or thereabouts. Have they removed this option?
 
Before the official season starts he will ask you...I am using minimum dimensions 90 * 55....Once I have created the tactic useful for it,home turns into **** for opposing teams...

That's the thing.. I'm on my 4th season and I've never encountered it..

That is really upsetting news...I mean all your tactics should be based on the field dimensions...So you have a standard field I guess...102X65...Just that you know what you are missing...There are 7 different types of field dimesions the groundman is asking you to choose from...

Well jeez that sucks.. I always liked to have max dimensions as I like playing wide and have a lot of space. No wonder why my wingers suck so much this year! Does anyone know a way I can fix this :(
 
Keep in mind that some clubs don't have room for a bigger pitch. Spurs is one, both in the game and in the real world. In the real world they actually have to get dispensation for WHL being below standard measure.

So if there's no room... Build a new stadium is your only way, I suppose.
