- No poaching or contracting staff members of each other, without a compromise.
- Transfer budget available
- Games played: at least 80% speed, key only
- Sign up: preferring teams for who comes first at Hamachi

O I forgot to say; I have upgraded my pc and tested it in network play. The game speed of this game is very fast now! If you will watch it, you' ll find that out!
