Planned Stadium Expansion for 1/1/1900

has anyone else experienced this? and if so is there anyway to fix it?

can't ask for expansion or to build a new stadium due to this 1900 issue

save game feels like successful enough and have over £254m in the bank so money is there to build a new stadium but can't due to planned expansion date set for 1/1/1900

Report it on the SI Forums. Might be a bug.
