im interested in peoples opinions as to my tactics, scouting, players and general running of the club. i use a very unusual formation - 1-3-2-3-1 - so im interested as to what people think about that.. and my scouting system takes a fair bit of work to get rolling, but seems to work well. you dont really need to do anything except tell the scout to repeat when hes finished his job. and obviously replace like-for-like when a player gets injured. but there is alot of flexibility in my squad so that is both easy and hard, easy because there is always an option and hard to choose the right one. i never bought anyone over age 18, and never spent more than 10m on a player (or very rarely). i use just over 50% of my wage budget with 100+m in the bank.
