Play.com and FIFA11

Hey, i preordered my copy of Fifa 11 off of play.com,. and for the past 2 days the status has been "Packing" has anybody else had thi issue with play.com and ordering fifa 11 or is it just me?

Don't forget it has to be delivered to Play.com from EA Canada, before they can deliver it to you, they probably have no status saying delivering to us.

If that is the case then why is it that they have taken the money out of mY account to? Surely they would have waited until it was at the play warehouse before taking it?
