I'm editing the Top 30 competitons of Europe to a Play-off Format. All top-leagues are expanded to 20 teams (with exception of DK, HR, SCO and a couple others, which get 14).
20 team leagues
Double round robin (38 games), the top 8 participates in a single game playoff in a automatic seeding (1v8, 2v7, 3v6 and 4v5). The winner of the grand final to be the official champion, with the loser being runner-up and all other teams ranked to the ranking of the regular season (with qualification to Europe), and that is also recorded in the leagues history.
14 team leagues
Triple round robin (39 games), top 6 participates in a single game playoff with automatic seeding (QF 3v6 and 4v5, byes for 1 & 2). Same conditions regarding championsship and European qualification.
I'm running a problem with setting up these advanced play-off rules to support this, can someone help out?
