Player appears to have some problems motivating himself to play with player????

Check with their trainings? You may give them too much workload?

Try with very high on match prep with teamwork and see if that helps?
 
It's nothing to do with training its something thats happened because of the new patch. I hope its a bug because its just pointless and makes no sence what so ever
