Player Attribute Search

Hi guys, I was wondering or more asking for advice on what 'number' you usually look/search for with attributes on players.

For example if a Deep Lying Forward's main attributes are; Finishing, First Touch, Passing, Technique, Anticipation, Composure, Creativity, Decisions, Off the ball and Balance

What number for each attribute would you usually search for?

I am currently in The Championship managing Scunthorpe United (In my first season) so I am scouting and looking for players to bring in, I was thinking maybe a minimum of '10' for each attribute would be a good base to start my search for players.

So I was just wondering how you guys would usually go about it and if you have any advice for the rough number I should be aiming at for bringing in.

Look for a 10 in all of these and a 15 in Work Rate and Determination!

I put 15s across the board and lower them in order of least importance until I get a nice 4-5 player list to choose from

me too, start high with 'ask assistant to filter unrealistic targets' checked and decrease bit by bit until there are a few good ones to choose from...

can be tricky if you have attribute masking on though (I do...)
