Player attributes

I know this may be easy to do and a stupid question but i was wondering how to get the arrow thing beside your players attributes that shows whether they have gained anything on this attribute or got worse?
Any help much appriciated

There should be a box on the player profiles that you can tick.

[_] Show recent attribute changes.
