Player condition and it's consquences

When a player's condition diminshes during a game what actual affects does that have on his abiltiy to perform during the game. Also what level of condition should I think about subbing the player...in the 70's or 60's

Well the player is slower, more likely to make wrong choices and blunder and more likely to get injured. I usually take em off in the 60s
