Hi,

So I understand that training has had a big overhaul in recent FMS from the previous schedules.

I have a save where I have a load of young kids with potential. I am giving them mentors and game time.

but what I want to know is how to best train them mainly in terms of squad training?

Squad training as a whole doesnt really make much of a difference. Individual training is how you develop a young player properly to what you want, for example if a young player has some obvious weaknesses in their stats lets say passing and dribbling you should focus them with individual training switching between them every couple of months. If a player is already well rounded what i tend to do is mainly choose the role i want them to be playing in the future as individual training for the majority of the year and then at half way through each season i take another look at their stats and see if there is anything that needs focusing on specifically.

Thats just how i do it anyway, im sure other people have different methods but this has worked well for me so far.
