Player discipline

HI, not sure if this is the right place to post but here goes
I am currently Man City and have a problem with discipline of 1 player in particular: Daniele De Rossi. He has received 3 reds in under half a season and countless yellows. I was wondering if anybody knew how to stop this from happening? Or had the same problem with this player

Ask him to stop diving into tackles, give him 2 weeks wages fines when he does get sent off, adjust his instructions so that he tackles lighter

Fining him two week's wages will make him declare unfair treatment.

Just warn him and set his tackling to easy.

de rossi always get a lot of cards you will have to accept that. and do set his tackling to easy.
