player faces

i'm downloading the serie A player faces from here. question is how do i get them to appear on my FM?, do i have to extract them to some folder?, not great at this sort of thing lol. cheers.

also, would like to see if anyone has the real club competition names and logos to download, and team badges and kits if poss?
