Player Instructions and team ones

hey,i dont really know how to put my question into words but basically what happens when you have youre team instructions to attacking and also u have a player set to defensive which takes over?and if you start setting all your players to individual instructions would this affect teamwork?

player instructions take over
it is best to have players playing to individual instructions to a certain extent if you want to know how to best set your tactics up i would download the ttf documents and read them they help
