Player instructions ??

Need some advice on player instructions to try and get the best out of my players I play a 4-3-3 full backs auto,ball winning mid , roaming playmaker , advanced playmaker two inside forwards and a complete forward

Just to add to this I play a dm on defend mode and two mids on support duty with the three in front of them attacking does that give my team enough balance ??
