Player Loyalty Help!

I'm trying to increase my player loyalty on my manager profile page. I have had the same team for 3 seasons and havn't brought in anyone new since my squad is doing well and is the youngest in the league (average age of 20). Currently my player loyalty is sitting at 40% but I want to get it as high as possible. How can I achieve this?

Player Loyalty? Do you mean the bias? (What am I trying to think of?) XD If it is what I'm thinking of, then you need to buy players that are home grown, have trained in the country for more than 3 years from the ages of 0/15 - 21

If you go into the Manager screen you get a load of different stats. Like the Club financial control, the bias, media handling, hands-on approach, tactical consistency, and the player loyalty one. Most of mine are about 80% apart from media handling (because they annoy me) and and player loyalty

well Ben answered what I thought as well, it is domestic player bias meaning exactly what Ben said above, you need to buy players from the nation you are managing in and bring in youth players etc...

If you playing in France but you buy mostly Algerian, Brazillian and Croatian players your domesitc player bias will be really low! if you buy Marvin Martin, Harry Novillo, Benzema, Yann M'Vila, Vinent Pajot, Yohan Mollo etc your domestic player bias will be pretty high

but to be honest, don't even worry about it it really means nothing unless you want to have the English/French national side as your club side etc...
