Player morale help

Hey folks, new to FM, playing FM2010 on my mac and loving it. One problem, morale is low on my wolves squad. I'm doing fine this first year, should keep out of relegation, maybe even get mid-table. I've read things that say I can release comments about a player's form to influence moral. I can't seem to find out how. I go to the player interaction screen and there are only internal options (ask about coaches/players, suggest a personal move, etc). Can someone tell me how to do this? The only other media interactions I see are manager comments.

In staff meetings, it's sometimes suggested by one of your coaches that you praise a player who's been performing well - & you're given the opportunity to do so. How much of a positive effect it has is down to the player's own temperement. As far I as I know, that's the only way of releasing a commemt.
