Player Motivation?

Okay so my assistant keeps telling me that a few players are struggling to be motivated for me? But yet their morales are all superb.
I am currently man utd in first season - sitting first in the prem, just qualified through rounds of ECC, and won the charity shield.

What do i have to do?

Actually win something. Half a seasons worth of good performances isn't always enough. Also what did you select for your past experience?

Keep playing. This is probably because the players do no think you are a prestigious enough coach to coach them, so this is unsurprising being in your first season.

I got this all the time playing LLM starting as "automatic." No one would want to play for me -- not even the players on my own team. But after a season or two they'll start to come around.
