Hi,

recently I bought few players from asia and oceania, but they didn't receive work permit, although they came to my club.

So, after 6 months in my club, they are still not allowed to play under my colours (I play Arsenal in GB) and I really don't know what to do next, because they can't play and can't be loaned to any club at all - I don't get it!

So...
when do they get work permit, or what to do with them?

They could have only joined your club if you have a feeder club in which it is easy to gain a work permit in, in which case loan them out for 2 or 3 years to the club and then will get a permit (unless they regularly start playing international games in which case they will gain one much faster)

Loan them to a feeder club in Belgium if you have one. It will take 3 season long loans for him to become an EU National.

I've got 6 feeder clubs - 3 in England (2nd and 3rd league), one Ukrainian, one Greek and one Austrian I think, but I can't loan them to any of those clubs.

Can I choose (tell the board) that I want a feeder club from one certain country?

Ask for a feeder club, if you can, and then the board will recommend you some teams to choose from. You then pick the one you want. Just hope there is a Belgian one there! Luckily, when I did this, there was indeed a Belgian club for me. Now my Ghanain forward can spend 3 years in Belgium to become an EU national.

if you stayed in a club long enough (i think somewhere around 3 seasons) you can ask the board the exact team from that country (i.e you want standard liege from belgium for example) but only if you have been for a long time in that club otherwise the board chooses teams for you and your only option is to select one of those choosen by the board
