Player obviously doesn't want a work permit

I've got a regen that is only 179 days away from gaining Belgian citizenship, but he doesn't want to go back to Antwerp for the next season. I've tried recommending it twice, and I have even checked to see if the board will allow me to get another feeder club but they wont.

Any one know what i should do?

Carlos Fierro is going on his 4th year in Belgium and still hasn't learned a language in my save. I have an Australian regen who was been there like 1400 days and still only speaks English. He was going to be world class too.

yeah experienced that in one of ma saves & i decided to get a croatian feederclub.. preferably Dinamo.. they play UCL matches as well so it was good in general & it takes 2 yrs to get work permits in croatia when they join EU.. try that
