Thats my setup.

Then the pictures go in the usual folder: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics

Logos: FM2012 Metallic Logos Megapack

As for the kits, i don't know if a megapack even exists. Might as well wait for the kits anyway, since all the old ones are outdated now and the new kits will be made soon by other people

there is a kits mega pack but its for the 11/12 season when you go to the downloads section click on kits and its at the very bottom it has 100 leagues worth

I done the following, copied and pasted my entire graphics folder from FM12 to FM13, cleared cache, restarted game, reloaded skin, all works perfectly

That`s exactly what I did and it works fine, didn`t even have to restart!

I might need some help with this, downloaded the pack, created a graphics folder in both 12 and 13, opened to these folders, seemed to have copied the preferences that someone posted...and it still doesn't work!
