Player Potential -7?

i have a player and it says his potentiol is -7, aswell as other young players in minuses, why is that? when tere potential is a - does it mean its bad or good?

A - means be has no set ability, varies from save to save I believe

P.s -10 is the best

A minus is goo potential. The best is minus ten, although only Aaron Ramsey has -10.

It is a random number of PA between 110-140.

I didn't know the exact number, but this should be right. It means he's nothing special at all, and never will be. Depending on the level your team play at of course
