Player Private Chats!

I'm constantly having private chats with players trying to build a good relationship with them or suggesting something to improve their performances but it's always "i don't think that'll improve my game" and when i say "i would like you to give it a try" they leave and have a poor opinion of me!

Any suggestions on how to build relationships with players or have good chats with them??

Maybe just don't say "I would like you to give it a try".... Are you trying to get them to learn something that is completely pointless to their game? :S

nope, telling barton to "stop diving in to tackles" and stuff like that.... i've tried saying that but he just leaves

Barton is an older experienced player so he's not really gonna listen as theres no point him chaging his game now.

To fix a player with bad morale or bad opinion of you, just give them compliments. I ****** of Francisco Sandaza and then told he had a great game and his morale went from very poor to okay.
