Player profile screen just changed

Hey,

My question is really simple, but I haven't had the luck to find the answer to it. Look at there two photos under:

The profile screen on my FM12 just changed from the first image to the second, I like to change back. Does anybody know how I do this?

Yes, I believe I have. Right now I'm runing the game in a window.

Edit: When I change back to default resolution it works. Thank you!
One more question: If I run the game in a window I just have to live with de player profile screen?

Due to the decreased screen size used in windowed mode, you lose some of the profile windows. Until someone releases a mod or a skin that changes it, you're stuck that way unless you go back to full screen mode.
