Player report ability error

I am into my second season with Arsenal and I suddenly noticed that all scout reports and player reports have become wildly inflated so that nearly all good prospects I scout or that play for me have 5 star future ratings.
On average I think every player has gone up by a star in ability / future ability overnight and I don't know why.
It now makes it impossible to differentiate between decent future ability and real wonderkids.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

The club reputation and stature ratings are dynamic, and change frequently. Essentially players get reevaluated against those changing standards.

Just go to player search, filter by potential ability, drag over the top 80 players and add to scouting pool.

Sorts it within 3 days ingame.

Sorry to be a pain but I don't really know what you mean.
I don't have the ability to 'drag' selected players and I don't see any 'add to scouting pool' option.
And what do you mean by 'sorts it'?
Are player ratings lowered again? Or do you mean the players with highest potential are sorted/placed at the top?
