Player Roles and Player Instruction confusion

if different player roles like Trequaristra and Poacher, but both have the same Player instructions... would they do the same..or is there something like hidden role instruction that cant be change

as the Treq and Poacher having the same instruction, would the poacher still run more from deep than the Treq.. or they do the same thing?

So essentially what your saying is that I could play two poacher's or two trequartista's or even one of each up top, give them the same everything and there is no difference?
Hmmmm, shouldn't a poacher be the polar opposite to a trequartista though?.

Setting a player role just affects the player instructions. If you tick the player instructions so they can't chance, and are all on the settings for a poacher, it won't make a difference what role you give the player. The trequarista and poacher are meant to be different, but if you manually prevent it from changing, it isn't going to be...
