I am playing as Juventus and I have bought Balotelli during my first summer. Really promising yet I didn't need him, yet. So I put him in the Under 20 team. But then during the winter he complained about not being in the first team. So I just said 'Fair enough, you will get the First team matches you want'. After all, Amauri was injured for a month so i really did need him.

But I have played him for 3 or 4 mathes in the first team yet still he is unhappy and the promise is still there and now he wants to leave the club. What the **** is the problem?!

He is gonna need more than 3 or 4 matches filling in for an injured player before he thinks he will become a regular.

just let him go, he wil. cause you more problems than he is worth

I use these wonderkids who arnt quite good enough for the first team as subs, preferably when u already have the game in the bag. Its good for new signings too , since they in the main dont gell for a while. I had this Italian kid i pinched from Milan on a free, Bags of potential but a liability when u started him. I gradually weaned him into the first team as a sub as he was a non english speaker- now ive got myself a 'world class winger ' and an Italian first team regular - currently valued at 25 mil. I love the guy , the ball sticks to his feet.

I usually find the best way to bring the wonderkids along is to loan them out for 2 or three seasons, so they get first-team football, and every1 is happy.
