I don't understand how you train the youth player can someone explain thanks, this is wideley known people say that Fabian Delph can be amazing if given the right training.

have you set the coaches to separate tasks to maximise the stars?
also create new training schedules specific to what you want your players to train and also having mentors so they can get experience from other players

I do recommend players to tutor younger ones but only do it when it says similiar type of player to the senior player, I haven't set the coaches specific tasks, thank for teh advice anyway, most of my coaches specialise in defending.

well you should sack some of the rubbish coaches and try get specific ones and the training schedules you can have specific for CM,ST, CB,WB, etc but it is a big help and develops player skill
