Finally back playing FM since quite a few years absence (CM 01/02). It's great anyways!
I'v just started a game in the championship and are half way through the season. I have anyways baught a couple of youngsters whom I want to form in to good players. As I often have my own way of doing things, I am now looking to develop special players with quite unique playing styles.
Example: I'v bought a 17 year old AMC/MC. Hes has the potntial to be a great midfielder due to hes work rate, stamina and so on. But he also possese great composure and finishing. So I want to exploit that and make him get in to the box. I guess Lampard would be a great role model.
As the PPM's I want him to learn only can be taught through tutoring and I cant really get lampard. I am now wondring if you could get a somewhat inferior but older player with the right PPM's to tutor him without any decrease in attributes? (The youngster posses such mental skill which only the superstars has.)
