i bought regen player for 36m, and he is unsttled in this area or something
i allow him absence for a month and nothing change
he is from ivory coast btw
what should i do?

Play him regularly , praise him , buy a compatriot from his country

yep just do as said above it will help.

also buying someone from his favoured personnel will help aswell as asking him if he can think of any former teammates or staff members he can recommend then signing one will help.
