Player won't go to affiliate, keeps signing new deal.

I've just signed this player from a forign club as my scout found him, i'm tryin to move him to my affiliate, he doesnt agree to go out he just 'signs a new deal with Lyon', And in his personal, general happiness, he is always considering a contract offer from Lyon... How do i change this?

My guess, he's still under a youth contract and his senior contract, which he has already agreed to sign, will start at his 17 or 18 birthday (depends on the nation and league). Until then, he's "currently considering..."
